A porch and a stunning perforated stonewall welcome the user into the project. Access to the house is emphasized through a traditional internal patio that gives way to a modern lifestyle.

At the first level, the living area is integrated with a terrace leading to a water pond that provides a sense of peace and harmony with the surrounding vegetation. At the second level, the private area is placed so that users can observe the amazing mountains of the city’s eastern sector.

The use of materials such as natural stone, wood, and concrete in different areas inside the house, brings warmth and comfort, highlighting the concept of family union.
